[Release] Winter Theme

MyBB version: 1.4.(3)x

I attempted to create some darker skin with this one. I think I failed, but I'll let you decide.
Anyway, here it is, dark blue skin with nice header and good looking buttons.

Next year MyBB 1.4 will most likely be released, Kikker. So this theme would have to be upgraded. =P

I think you need use 11px for some content font. Don't use 10px (8pt), because it 's not good for a community.
I'll redesign it later.
