Changing background would be very difficult because header images are not transparent.
I'll have to modify header images and include some javascript to fix png transparency in IE 6.

I don't see the header psd that includes the little world map. I don't have the header psd without the world map. Also, what font is being used in this theme header?

There is no psd file for the header part. You need to create something yourself.
You don't want to use my logo!

Font is Verdana size 30px.
