I want to change the layout of my website

Hello Everyone

I want to change the look out of my website, add buttons maybe change the layout a little. Someone suggested html editor then FTP. If so how ? Are there any idea which is free ? Please Help me, I know it can be done but I can't pay much money for experts.

Well I having no more idea about it. But I also have the same isseu and most of the peop;e suggested me to use the same so I also using FTP as well as HTML. And its working fine. According to me you also should use the same. I advice you to use it.
